How to add it !!!
– Extract the archive (109 MB) and copy “Bootpack V13.cpk” file to:
\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Pro Evolution Soccer 2017\download\
– Open and select DLC in DpFileList Generator
– Add the .cpk as last checked, and generate new DpFileList.
